Approval gate

The sandbox pipeline now stops before production and asks for approval. The approval shows the target, the action and the risk, so you review one exact change.

The demo runner cannot skip this step, and cancelling stops the run cleanly.

Project Contract editor

You can now edit the Project Contract in the sandbox: frontend, database, accounts, billing, deployment and permanent rules.

Answer open questions and keep the answers as project context, so the next agent starts from the same facts.
